Convention Travel & Shipping information
Hotel Reservations:
The hotel reservation number is: 440-951-7333. Make sure to let them know you are
coming to the IGCA/International Guild of Candle Artisans Convention. Again I can’t
stress how important it is for you to stay at this hotel; we won’t get credit if you choose
to stay at another hotel. If we don’t hit the number of rooms that we have contracted
for the group will have to make up the difference. Our room rate for a standard two
bed queen room is $85.99; they are also giving discounts for all their other rooms if
you prefer something different, just let them know.
Airport Information:
You should fly into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

Parking at the Hotel:
There is no charge for parking. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and behind the
hotel is space if a vendor needs to park a trailer.

They can accept packages 3 days prior to our event so try not to ship to far in advance. If you must ship early then send the package to my home and I’ll take it to the hotel.
