IGCA Membership Application

Thank you for joining the IGCA. Below you'll find information and a form to join online. Once you fill out the form you'll be given the opportunity to pay online via PayPal or you may print out the page and mail it in with a check or money order. You will begin receiving your Candlelighter within 4-6 weeks and you will be experiencing exciting new concepts in candle crafting. Membership runs for one year from month of receipt of dues.

If your membership has lapsed for 6 months or more, you must rejoin as a new member. All payments must be in US dollars.

*Annual Associate Member Dues:
 $10

*Associate Member: Those persons related by blood or marriage residing within the same household or individuals who have formed a legitimate partnership (for example: employees, co-workers, business partners, etc.). The Primary Contact's dues shall be the full annual dues. Associate Members shall pay an annual fee of $10 each. The Primary Contact will receive one copy of The Candlelighter each publication date.

I shall and will indemnify and hold harmless the IGCA Officers; The Candlelighter – its editor and contributing members; all workshop presenters; IGCA Convention Chairpersons; IGCA Convention Committee Chairpersons; all vendors and their managing agents; Convention Host Hotel; their agents and employees, from and against any and all actions and causes of action of any and all kind and nature, arising or growing out of or in any way connected with the The Candlelighter, IGCA Workshops, the IGCA Convention, the Convention Host Hotel, or other IGCA activities.
